Andrew is a graduate of USF's Brewing Arts Program and brings a modern foundation to Jim's experience. The partnership between Jim and Andrew makes our craft beer and spirits what they are, the best in Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater.
Everything you drink here is brewed on-site, in small batches, with the same care Jim put into bodywork for forty years. Stop by, ask Andrew what's in the fermenter, he'll happily walk you through it.
